Con il Decreto 30 giugno 2011, il Ministero dell’interno aveva previsto che “per i parchi di divertimenti, di cui alla predetta lettera i), le disposizioni del presente decreto si applicano al solo personale addetto a svolgere tutte le attività di cui all’articolo 5del decreto 6 ottobre 2009. Una interpretazione troppo letterale del nuovo provvedimento avrebbe dunque potuto estendere l’obbligo di formazione ed iscrizione nell’elenco prefettizio degli addetti alla biglietteria ecc.. L’Associazione è intervenuta nuovamente sul Ministero, ed è prevalsa l’interpretazione prospettata dall’ANESV, ovvero che solo coloro che svolgano “unitariamente tutte” le funzioni di cui all’art. 5 del D.M. 8 agosto 2009 debbano essere formati. La nota interpretativa è stata inviata alle imprese aderenti.
