Il Ministro Santanché incontra Parchi Permanenti Italiani

Semplificazione delle procedure autorizzative per i nuovi progetti, una maggiore flessibilità sul mercato del lavoro e agevolazioni per l’accesso al credito. Sono queste le richieste che l’Associazione Parchi Permanenti Italiani – Confindustria ha avanzato al ministro del Turismo, Daniela Santanchè. E’ avvenuto, infatti, il primo incontro ufficiale tra il ministro e l’associazione per delineare il piano strategico di sviluppo del comparto parchi divertimento. Il colloquio si è svolto su iniziativa dello stesso ministro Santanchè, che aveva già dimostrato attenzione nei confronti del settore, inserendolo nel Piano Strategico del Turismo 2023/2027 pubblicato lo scorso dicembre.

I numeri del comparto in Italia

In Italia si contano circa 230 imprese tra parchi a tema, acquatici, faunistici e avventura, che ogni anno sostengono importanti investimenti. Sulla stagione 2023, ad esempio, sono stati già investiti oltre 120 milioni di euro tra nuove attrazioni e aree tematiche, ed entro l’estate saranno assunti 20mila dipendenti stagionali.

“Per restare al passo con la competizione internazionale, le imprese del settore, specie quelle di dimensioni minori, hanno la necessità di poter contare su un supporto istituzionale concreto e continuativo ha detto Luciano Pareschi, presidente dell’Associazione Parchi Permanenti Italiani -, che fino ad oggi, nonostante le nostre numerose campagne di sensibilizzazione, è sostanzialmente mancato. Siamo molto soddisfatti dell’accoglienza ricevuta e contiamo sul pragmatismo del ministro Santanchè affinché si possa finalmente instaurare una fattiva collaborazione”.

I prossimi investimenti

All’ordine del giorno anche la programmazione dei prossimi investimenti strutturali, per un totale di 450 milioni di euro nel triennio 2024/2026, e la promozione di nuove sinergie con i territori, basate su una maggiore integrazione tra l’offerta di intrattenimento e le infrastrutture turistiche, sul modello dei grandi poli del divertimento internazionali.
Di fondamentale importanza il tema della sostenibilità, riferito all’approvvigionamento energetico da fonti rinnovabili e all’adozione di nuove tecnologie per il trattamento dell’acqua. Tecnologie che in un futuro non lontano potrebbero permettere di attingere la risorsa idrica dai pozzi e dal mare.
I temi sul tavolo

“Durante l’incontro – ha aggiunto Maurizio Crisanti, segretario nazionale dell’Associazione Parchi Permanenti Italiani – sono stati trattati i temi della considerazione dei parchi di divertimento tra le imprese turistiche e della carenza idrica in rapporto ai parchi acquatici. Il ministro ha manifestato il pieno interesse nei confronti del settore, pur evidenziando alcuni aspetti tecnici da modificare, e garantito attenzione riguardo ai temi prospettati”.
Giro d’affari da 2 miliardi di euro
Con oltre 20 milioni di visitatori i parchi di divertimento italiani si confermano grandi attrattori turistici, oltre che portatori di una forma importante di divertimento all’aria aperta e di socializzazione. Tra biglietteria e indotto, generano un giro di affari del valore di 2 miliardi di euro, per un totale di oltre 60.000 addetti.
