Un avvio d’estate da dimenticare per i parchi di divertimento. I dati delle presenze fino al 31 luglio diffusi da Parchi Permanenti Italiani, associazione di categoria che rappresenta le principali imprese del settore, registrano un calo significativo rispetto al 2012, in particolare molto accentuato – dal 30% fino al 70% – per i circa 90 parchi acquatici italiani.
Una situazione molto preoccupante, dovuta all’inclemenza delle condizioni meteorologiche, che in molte aree del Paese hanno fatto già perdere fino a 25 giornate di apertura a strutture che in alcuni casi, come per i parchi acquatici, operano per non più di 90 giorni l’anno, occupando mediamente un centinaio di addetti. Anche la inesattezza delle previsioni meteo erogate da siti commerciali hanno contribuito a condizionare le scelte degli utenti nell’accedere a parchi tematici ed acquatici.
“Alle difficoltà economiche delle famiglie si aggiunge, in questa estate, il maltempo, che sta mettendo in ginocchio i parchi di genere acquatico e rende difficile il raggiungimento degli obiettivi per i parchi tematici. Se la tendenza non dovesse arrestarsi in agosto, al termine della stagione turistica queste imprese dovranno richiedere l’attenzione del Governo per evitare lo stato di crisi del settore. I parchi di divertimento sono infatti indispensabili attrattori turistici, in aree come la Riviera romagnola ed il Gardesano” ha dichiarato Maurizio Crisanti, segretario nazionale di Parchi Permanenti Italiani-Federturismo.
I parchi divertimento, circa 160 in Italia, sono visitati annualmente da 17 milioni di appassionati (dati SIAE 2013). Parchi Permanenti Italiani, sezione dell’ANESV, aderente a Federturismo-Confindustria, è l’organizzazione di categoria dei parchi di divertimento italiani.
